MINOR 6 - DAY 6 @ LONDON

This is the time we say Au Revoir (goodbye) to Paris and Hello to London ! For Day 6, we depart from Paris to London by taking the Eurostar train, which is the high-speed under tunnel train. It only took about 2 hours to reach in London.

The first stop we reached in London, England is the King's Cross St. Pancras station.

After we get through the custom, we took the metro train to Russel square station, and check in our hostel accommodation- The Generator.

Love the interior design of the hostel. Although the interior spaces are not really big enough, but the designer did make use of the small spaces and design everything that fit nicely to the spaces and bringing out a different feeling to the environment. The style of interior design is modest and funky. Everything seems so colorful and lively. They provided bar and lounges in the hostel - a nice place to chill out with your friends while you can enjoy a chilling drink and the good environment with special lighting effect.

Whenever you check in a new hotel, the first thing you will wish to know is the WIFI PASSWORD. So after we got the passport and login the wifi, everyone will be like busying pressing the phones and updating new status on Facebook "HELLO LONDON !"

On that day, we went for a theatre show at The Lyceum Theatre. The show we are watching is The Lion King based on Disney movie storyline. All the performers are dresses up like the characters inLion King movie. & The background scene changed regularly by based the storyline of the show.

Sadly we are not allowed to capture or record any videos inside the theatre.
I am amazed by how the designer made up the costumes and set up the background for the show. I mean how they can portray an animal kingdom on that small stage? The mountain, the jungle ?
The sound effect and music that played followed the rhythm of the storyline. It is an AWESOME show for me and It's really worth for the price ( rm168). I was about to fell asleep before the show started as we were all feeling exhausted lugging our luggage all the way from Paris to London. But the starting of the show and the wonderful voices of the performers have caught my eyes ! I was wide awake after all listening to the great voices singing and the performers dancing on the stage. Feeling nostalgia watching The Lion King movie. I swear I am gonna watch it again on the flight going back.
